The Automotive and Electromechanical College was founded in 1945 under the name Leningrad Automobile and Highway College. In 1972, the educational institution was located in a new building, specially built for it by the Ministry highways USSR. In 2005, the status of the educational institution changed, now it became known as the Automotive and Electromechanical College.
