An important role in the normal functioning of the industrial training process is played by its educational and methodological support. It includes two components: educational and methodological documentation and educational and methodological teaching aids.

Methodological equipment must be constantly transformed into comprehensive methodological support (CMS). This will allow for a truly scientific approach to planning, development, creation, recording and monitoring of educational and methodological equipment of the learning process.

Under comprehensive educational and methodological support educational process one should understand the planning, development and creation of an optimal system, educational and methodological documentation and didactic teaching aids necessary for complete and high-quality education of students.

When determining the criteria and content of comprehensive educational and methodological support for the learning process, it is necessary to proceed primarily from the working curriculum, reflecting the requirements of the state educational standard, which determines the project of the content of the educational process in a subject or profession in accordance with modern requirements.

The system of educational and methodological documentation and teaching aids must first of all cover all the main content of the program material. Complexity in this case is expressed in the fact that the study of each key issue of the educational content for each topic (section) of the curriculum is provided with the necessary optimal minimum of teaching aids and the necessary documentation, which allows for high-quality implementation of the educational process.

The next criterion is taking into account the didactic capabilities of teaching aids. Different teaching aids have different purposes, different didactic functions and capabilities.

An integrated approach to educational and methodological support The learning process involves planning and creating a set of appropriate learning tools, taking into account their advantageous functions and capabilities, as well as typical situations of use.

An integrated approach to educational and methodological support of the learning process also requires that the teaching aids provide both the teaching activities of the teacher, master, and educational activities students at all stages of the educational process.

In relation to industrial training, this is: the formation of an indicative basis for students’ actions, the formation (practice) of new methods of action, the application of mastered methods of action, control and assessment of students’ developed and developed skills and abilities.

The learning process performs three main functions: educational, educational and developmental. An integrated approach to educational and methodological support involves the implementation of all basic functions pedagogical process in total.

When equipping the educational process with teaching aids and educational and methodological documentation, it is necessary to take into account the economic factor, bearing in mind, on the one hand, an economically sound approach to planning a set of teaching aids, taking into account the mass character and prospects of the relevant professions, the content of training, the organization of the system for creating such aids, with the other is the selection and creation of such means that would make it possible to successfully solve educational problems at optimal costs for their development, production, acquisition, rental, etc. In addition, the teaching aids included in the complex must comply with established ergonomic and hygienic standards , environmental requirements, safety requirements for their use in the educational process.

When teaching disciplines at transport universities, as a rule, a number of practical and laboratory classes are provided. Students' performance of practical and laboratory classes is an organizational part of the educational process. The main purpose of practical and laboratory classes (works) is to expand, deepen and strengthen theoretical knowledge, as well as mastering the most complex skills when repairing locomotives or practical skills when performing standard technological processes. For these purposes, a training ground was created at the institute.

At the training ground, educational and laboratory classes are held in disciplines studied in such departments as “Locomotives and locomotive facilities”, “Electric transport and high-speed electric rolling stock”, “Wagons and carriage facilities”, “Transport logistics and service”, “Automation and telemechanics for railway transport”, “Power supply of railways”, “Bridges and tunnels”, as well as “Construction of railways, track and track facilities”.

Devices available at the training ground, such as turnouts, a carriage and wheel sets, serve to cover practical topics, as well as to better assimilate the topics covered by students.

  • The passenger car simulator, as well as air conditioning equipment, makes it possible to study its design and operating principle, as well as perform laboratory work in the discipline “Car Cooling System”.

The user gets acquainted with various types of ammunition, learns about critical damage to modules and crew injuries.

The training ends with a very real fight in the standard 15x15 format. Here, in addition to the student, there are bots whose behavior model is as close as possible to the actions of real players.

Why is the reward for completing the “Training Ground” not credited?

Although everyone can try out the new mode, only new users will receive rewards for completing the training stages. There are no prizes for those who have already completed “Combat Training” before.

Combat training will be restarted in the format of the Training Ground - interactive system not only for beginners, but also for those who have been in the game for a long time. The training ground is a step-by-step course that explains the basics of the game, starting with the Hangar and ending with tactics and maneuvers.

How to start:

If the player has just installed the game client, he will be asked to undergo training at the Training Grounds immediately after logging into the game for the first time. If you have been in the game for a long time, but want to refresh your knowledge, press the Esc button and select “Training Ground” in the menu.

Study pace:

The training ground gets new players up to speed without overwhelming them with information. He goes through each of the game's features in turn, explaining elements that may be challenging for newbies. After this, players can begin mastering tactical maneuvers against bots in a series of four battles. The fourth part of the training is devoted to equipment. During the battle, the player's car comes under fire. Final test:

The training ground culminates in a final test that requires the player to use their acquired skills in combat, pitting the player and 14 allied bots against a team of 15 bots.
