This is a transcript of the mind-bending original testimony of Randy Kramer (aka Captain Kaye), who claims to have served on Mars as part of the elite Mars Defense Force for over 17 years. The main goal was to protect the Mars Colony Corporation, five civilian settlements on Mars, from the Martian indigenous peoples. In the interview, Kramer describes how he went to a secret Luna base to sign a document committing him to 20 years of service. He was then transported to a military base on Mars, where his unit engaged in territorial battles with the indigenous insectoid and reptilian Martian peoples. This is Kramer's second interview in a five-part series in which he described his training as a child super soldier to serve as a member of an elite Marine unit that guarded personnel at secret space program military bases on the Moon, Mars and other parts of the solar system.

Part 1. Beginning:

MS We're back with Captain Kaye and we'll be discussing a series of events that happened after he completed Project Moonshadow at age 17 and when he came out of it to join the US Marines ( body) special section. Randy, why don't you tell us what happened after you completed Project Moonshadow.

R.K. Of course, it was a fairly short period of time between the completion of the program and what I would call the big final testing, it was a period of 90 days before we were told that everything was OK, we spent as much time as we needed to be trained in this and see how it would work under different conditions. So it was an interesting 90 day period where we went to a lot of different places with different ecozones, temperatures, environmental zones around the planet to see how we perform in different conditions and different situations. Sometimes interacting or playing war games with other special forces units. In some cases, we have had missions with real fire training, where for us it was a test, but for someone in another country it was very real and ended in real death because of it. They tested our ability to fire at living targets. But of course they weren't considered a formidable enough force that you send people with high-tech equipment against to cause damage or anything like that. You can pretty much guarantee that if they don't break, the other team won't have any chance of winning.

Armies around the world have a lot of AK-47s, but no proper boots. These guys are not very equipped against experienced armed units. If you're running a test scenario, sure, why not send five super soldiers against 50 of these guys and see how they handle it. Because you know your guys are going to win, but you want to see them pass this combat survival test. So at the end of those 90 days, I was picked up as usual in the middle of the night, and then taken to the Lunar Operations Directorate (LOO) and placed [in] a small living room, the size of which was not much larger than a prison cell, but much more more civilized than a prison cell. It wasn't meant to make you feel like a caged animal, but the room was about the same size... [with] a sink and a bathroom off to the side, a small table and chair, like a dorm room or something like that kind. We were taken there and told to wait until the sound of a bell was heard from the hall, and then each of us had to go out into the corridor, out the door.

Before this, two military personnel appeared, but again [wearing] something like a ULO uniform, a gray battleship with gold fringe, who looked like ordinary guards. They were not armed, but had their arms at their sides. They escorted us, me, one at a time, as far as I could see, seeing other people come and go along the same corridor, accompanied by two such guards in gray uniforms with gold fringe, and I was taken to a large waiting area outside what looked like large bank cubicles, with many officials in military uniforms handling paper documents. Lots of people were sitting around waiting to be called by name or number so that they could go and talk to these people. It was a fairly large, well-lit space, where everything was decorated in yellow or gold colors. This was the color of the program at that time. The style or any other item may have changed by now, but at the time it was meant to kind of feel like a bright yellow sunflower. It's like you're waiting in line to go to the dentist or something, but in a really big room.

After some time of waiting, you are called to go and sit in a booth in front of a junior officer in a uniform that I didn't quite recognize, but he identified [himself] as being from the Air Force. It was an Air Force uniform, which I was not familiar with compared to regular Air Force units. So I suspect it was again dealing with a parallel branch of the Air Force due to the similarity of their uniforms, but since I don't have much familiarity with them I'm just guessing.

He then pulls out a stack of papers and says here is your contract and I need to go over it with you and discuss any questions you have and then you need to sign the in the right places, and then you will continue your movement. I remember there was some discussion about it, like, OK, this is what you're going to do, you sign up for a service for 20 years, but again, don't worry, everything will be fine. After you get through this, we'll erase all those disgusting memories from your head that you don't want to remember anyway, and then we'll take you right back to the time we took you in, and do age regression, and you'll live your whole life again, and everything will be fine. You will not lose any time, you will not lose any years, and in fact you will return to your pleasant and well-paid job. We will take care of you, you will be fine. There are many assurances that this does not have of great importance. Everyone does it every day, it's just what we do now. A little explanation about what it's just paperwork and what's in the contract, and [you] just sign in the right places.

After some argument or discussion, I had a few questions and he answered them, and eventually I realized, as he explained, “look, you know, we sign this document, or you are free to leave here. You are free to leave here and do what you want, or we can sit here and talk for a very long time about this document that you will have to sign in the end anyway.” He wasn't a bad guy, not rude or anything. But it was clear it had to be done. The document must be signed and if I have any questions please ask them, but it really doesn't matter. Just subscribe and we'll move on. And so after that is done, you are escorted back to the temporary apartments, and then you are told that there will be a short break. More waiting in the hall, and then I dozed off a little, but I'm not sure for how long, and then, hearing the bell ring in the hall, I go out into a long corridor and go to the door at the end of this corridor.

We then open a large door, which opens into a much larger space, the hangar, in fact, we found ourselves right in the hangar. It contained a very large ship, I would call it triangular or bat wing shaped rather than round or disc shaped. More of a triangular shape, but maybe wider. What you would call a bat shape, but quite tall, I would say the ship was about 10 meters tall. It seemed to have many tiers and levels inside, and the wingspan of it seemed to be difficult to judge distances from where I was, but I would say between fourteen and fifteen meters wide, tip to tip. And from the bow to the tail - at least 45 meters. The front section had a large rounded nose and, as you could see, a slightly curved window, the surface was curved where it looked like pilots would probably be sitting or working. It [the cabin] was quite high, like a 747, rising higher than the main body of the craft.

So I went inside, there were a lot of comfortable chairs of a special kind, where you seem to sink into the chair, hear the air moving with sound, and it’s like hardening foam tightly grips your body. There were also seat belts, and after a while, with a little fiddling, each one was ready, and if not, there were several people to help you sort it out if there was anything confusing. Then the cabin lights dimmed, and as if on board an airplane, you hear the pilot on the speakerphone say: “Hello everyone, I am your captain on this shuttle flight from Lunar Operations Command to the next destination, which you are not supposed to know until now.” arrival. It just hit me, like an electric shock. I had a moment where I felt awe, an awe touched me that no matter how it all ended, everything would be okay and it was something special and I felt like everything would be okay about it and I felt completely good, being in this special state. I was fine with accepting this responsibility. I was very happy about this. I was fine with this. It was just an amazing experience.

MS: You might want to say a few clarifying words about Lunar Operations Management. I mean, the far side of the moon, that underground structure, how big is it?

R.K. This is a good question, and I cannot answer all possible questions, because I have only seen a certain part of the ULO. What I saw during landing was definitely a large base on the surface in the form of a large stepped platform for landing on the moon. And on this platform you could install three or four of these [triangular-shaped] ships on top of it. It probably had an area of almost a square kilometer. Then there were several small ships lined up in a row. There were a few buildings jutting out, but they were huge, really very large and rounded. Several very large square-rectangular buildings that seemed to have nothing extraordinary or unusual, and then, once inside, you discover a series of corridors, elevators, clearly going down, deep, under the surface of the Moon. I got the impression from the times I was there that the spaces that I got to see were that this space was absolutely huge. This station I saw was at least the size of an average city. There are probably more than one of these complexes the size of an average city on back side The moon that we have to deal with is controlled by earthlings, but there are also those, as far as I understand, because the far side of the moon has been used for so long, that are controlled by many other beings.

This is similar to what is in Antarctica, which is divided into different zones where different countries and people can say that we got this zone and please respect our right to this area. So there are a number of areas that are home to quite a large number of different alien races that have had joint bases for a long period of time, and they don't seem to be going anywhere off the moon. From that time, as I understand it, there were several times when wars broke out on the far side of the Moon, and it was bad enough that everyone agreed, no, no, not here. This is a neutral space for everyone to do what they need to do, but we can't fight here or we might lose everything like the others. I think there was a deal. So I think there's quite an interesting mix of races there, including people. This is from what I have seen and what has been discussed with me. In June 2011, American amateur astronomer David Martinez discovered a strange object over 210 meters long and about 45 meters wide in satellite images of the Red Planet in Google Earth, which he took to be research station.
